  16. Rick, thanks for the additional info.  Alternative cinema is rare in these
  17. parts, so I may have to wait till this one appears on video.  I'm going to
  18. MLA, and if I see you at any Joyce sessions, I'll be sure to introduce myself
  19. (obviously, I already know you by sight).  Should I see you anywhere else, I'll
  20. run and hide (heh heh cough).  I go to MLA with a heavy hearts, sans interviews;
  21.    I have but a three-year adjunct assistant professorship here at ISU, so I'll
  22.    have
  23. (have) two more shots at it from here, but investing so much time in the job-
  24. hunting process for so little acknowledgement weighs heavily upon me year upon
  25. year . . .
