- I concur with J-man, Awakenings was a very
- good, very sad movie. Another tear jerker, for
- me anyway, was Elephant Man, again as the beautiful
- woman reaches out to the commonly thought of as
- not-so-beautiful. I wonder if _The Hunchback of
- Notre Dame_ was the first to use this motiff?
- Any thoughts?
