  37. Unproven?  Hardly.  The man has been arrested for criminal acts in more than
  38. one state.  He is the founder and leader of a group that promotes those
  39. criminal acts on an interstate basis.  One of that group's stated purposes is
  40. to close down  *by whatever means* businesses that are, for the moment,
  41. legitimate and legal.

  43. Those statements are neither libelous nor slanderous.  I'm quite sure that you
  44. and Mr. Terry don't agree with my interpretation of the facts, but that *does
  45. not alter the facts*.

  47. If you want to disagree with me, that's fine.  Calling me a slanderer is not
  48. disagreement, but a wanton, unjustified ad hominem attack.  You sir, do
  49. yourself and the pro-life cause no good by posting articles as patently absurd
  50. as these here.  Now, if you want to discuss the merits of Operation Rescue and
  51. its tactics, I'm willing.  If you don't, that's fine too.
