  33. What is the Statut of the abortion in USA?

  37. In France, the abortion is legal during the first seven weeks afer you can't.
  38. In Facts, after it's a probleme you can ask for a "therapeutic" abortion only if
  39.  the life of the mother is in danger. Some doctors use of this arguments to go
  40.  over the law. The parlement want to control the "Before-Bearth-Examination" of
  41.  baby to prevent this pratics.
  42. An other point, the Court jugde that the fact to give your body to have the baby
  43.  of an other woman for money is illegal for to reasons: the first, the Franch
  44.  Constitution says you must respect the Human Body, you can not sell, buy, give,
  45.  "locate", or any other things. You only things, you can do, is to give freely
  46.  your body or some parts of your body FREE.
  47. If you give your blood, you have no momey just a meal.
  48. If you give any other things, you are followed by a doctor before,during, and
  49.  after the operation, no money.
  50. The only execption is for the Hair, you can sell your hair.
  51. The second reason is if a women have a baby ( even if she is not genetically the
  52.  mother ) give the baby to an other women is considered as an "abandon".

  54. In France, Private Scholl and Catholic School is the same things, because th
  55.  first religion in France is catholic-roman.
  56. The Professor,Doctor, Teacher in both catholic and public school are payed by
  57.  the state, the difference is in public school the state and the town pay for (I
  58.  don't know the word is 'to keep the building clean, in a good state, to buy
  59.  book, to make lunch for student and professor, etc' sorry) in the private is
  60.  the parents of children. In the private(=catholic) there are in adds some
  61.  "religion classes" , and other activities araund the religion.
  62. An important debat between the two school system is the planning of week.
  63. The catholic school want to have the wenesday afternoon or the saturday morning
  64.  for this religion classes and the governements decide of this planning without
  65.  this reserved time.
  66. An other fact, is in 80's the governement want to limit and oblige indiretly the
  67.  private school to close or to become smaller. There was the most important
  68.  manifestation in Paris, more than 1 million (1 000 000 000) of people came to
  69.  the capital to protest. during this days nothing can work in the capittal, and
  70.  the governement changes the project.
  71. The private school is said 'Free' because she is independant of the governement.

  73. In my School the principal question is " To believe in God and To be a
  74.  scientific ". We have create a groupe of reflexion about this subject. The
  75.  group contain a sister ( Sister Claude), the group of catholic of the school
  76.  called ' Aumonerie ' ( this term designe the structure where the catholics
  77.  students was grouped, it existe in (near) all university ) , and some other
  78.  people, who accepte tout discuss.
  79. An other adjacent question is how to go over the stnadart theorie, and think a
  80.  net-communication between the different system of thinking. ( It's hard to
  81.  anderstand myself in english, very very hard) I want to say in different
  82.  domains: Maths, Physics, Biology, History, Sociology, Economy, Thecnology,
  83.  theology, etc... The humans have some very differents description of the real
  84.  world, How to have a attitude who try to concilate all of this ways?
