  12. I have some questions about canon law as it applies to the situation
  13. of a Catholic who wishes to marry a divorcee.  Can anyone tell me what
  14. the Church law is regarding to the following situations:

  16. A (never married) Catholic seeks to marry a divorcee who:

  18.         1. Is also Catholic and whose previous marriage was in the
  19.            Catholic Church.

  21.         2. Is also Catholic and whose previous marriage was NOT in the
  22.            Catholic Church.

  24.         3. Is non-Catholic and whose previous marriage was in the
  25.            Catholic Church.

  27.         4. Is non-Catholic and whose previous marriage was NOT in the
  28.            Catholic Church.
