Now that my annual bout of pre-christmas panic has subsided, I can now attempt
to catch up!

Oh stop that!  Or I'll start quoting from this "Little Gray Book" I got from a
friend that contains a ton of humorous male slamming quotes...  ;*)

I've really grown fond of the tribute album (and I know that you feel that no
one deserves a tribute album unless their dead).  :)  I think that there are
even a few Bloomdido-proof tunes that you may like...  Maybe you should review

into a soul tune) and "You Turn Me On..." (converted into a high speed country
polka - blech).  My faves:  "The Beat of Black Wings", "Coyote", "Woodstock".

Me too!  :)  We haven't had a good testosterone infested match in at least a

I paid a visit to my dentist the other day and put on the supplied ear phones
and was poked and drilled to Chet Baker's "Winter Wonderland"... how lovely.
It was nice...  I suppose there would be inappropriate tunes for listening to
while you're getting tortured by a dentist... like "RDA" by the Rheostatics
which includes lovely samplings of high powered drills...  I mentioned this to
my dentist and told him that I'd ask y'all for recommendations to add to his
playlist -- what do you guys think?

Also, does anyone else, when they hop into those large shaped dental chairs,
get the uncontrollable urge to say, "All ahead, warp factor 8!!"??

I wanted to thank Chucky for the lil trip down memory lane with his postings of
the Allmusic Netiquette and 12 Days of Allmusic...  I'm a sucker for a man
whose nostalgic...  *grin*

Gary asked about the Allmusic Compilation... yes we did one in 1991 and it was
fun to put together -- it took a long time (waiting for tapes to arrive and
dubbing) and was alot of work for woj and I, but it was fun.  :)   Here's the
