  13. I am interested in finding current studies on the subject
  14. of leaf protein and its extraction.
  15. This is for use as food for humans not a protein merely
  16. for research purposes.
  17. Various works by Pirie in England have discussed this but
  18. I cannot find much in the last two or three years.
  19. I am wondering if research is continuing in this area.
  20. This has application as a food supplement for developing
  21. countries and perhaps as health food supplement here.
