  15.         -RegSearch - Searches for regulatory sites.
  16.         -SigSeq - Searches for DNA signal motifs.
  17.         -SignalScan - searches for signal motifs.
  18.         -GM - searches for ORF's, regulation sites, and binding sites.

  23.   SignalScan - searches for signal sequences(Transcription factor DB, TFD)

  25.    Signal scan is a program developed by Dan S. Prestridge, to facilitate the
  26. analysis of DNA sequences for known eukaryotic signals.  This program is free.
  27. You may copy and distribute this program as freely as you wish, but you may
  28. not charge for its distribution.  This program is copyrighted by Los Alamos
  29. National Laboratory and the University of California.
  30.     The source code is written in the `C' language and is fairly easy to port
  31. over to other hardware and operating systems.  The source code will be made
  32. available upon request.
