  25. ballot.  That way, yoou'll find out how many people agree with you.

  36. What constitutes 'wasted' time is a subjective decision.  You can no
  37. more tell what is wasted by someone else than they can tell the same
  38. of you.  You are letting your own biases get in the way of your
  39. judgement.
