  23. I've always been under the impression that IBM had/has bikes for this
  24. purpose in its big campus south of San Jose.

  26. I also think (not certain) that Lawrence Livermore Lab does this too.

  28. If you want to get more ammunition, maybe you could lobby the MTC
  29. to include this as a "brownie point" in any requirements made of
  30. the large employer.
