  17. Phil, it's clear that you can look things up and cite them.  What is
  18. not clear is whether you can assemble or understand the facts that you
  19. find.  You've certainly demonstrated that you don't understand
  20. statistics, for example.  Sure, you can look up two or three
  21. statistical facts, but then you assemble them in nonsensical ways.

  24. and perhaps that is your problem.
