  23. A poor analogy.  Most murderers know their victims to be
  24. unarmed, most car jackers have no such knowledge.  Most
  25. murders are crimes of passion, rarely for financial gain.

  27. My Un-PC statement of the day is:  Gee whiz, if we just
  28. blew away all of these carjackers, think of all of the
  29. money that we would save the criminal justice system,
  30. the insurance companies, etc...
