  12. Does anyone have experience wtih First Alliance Mortgage?  I'm in the process
  13. of re-financing with a broker, but First Alliance contacted me over the phone 
  14. and offered a quick qualification, free appraisal, etc.  Sounds good, almost too
  15. good...which is why I'm a bit leary.
