  14. We have a 4 bedroom house off Quail Hollow in Ben Lomond, and have one
  15. room now, and another possibly on the first of the year, for rent.
  16. It's a large house, there's a hot tub, wood-stove in the kitchen/dining/
  17. den area, a fireplace and pool table in the living room.  Big lot--
  18. potential gardening space, lots of storage.

  20. We are myself (computer engineer) and my fiance (student), another computer
  21. engineer (M).  We're looking for a student or professional, male or female.
  22. We have a golden retriever (Phyneas the Wonder Dog), and some of us smoke 
  23. (smoking in the house can be negotiated!--pro or con).
  24.  
  25. We aren't exactly a cooperative, but we try to cooperate with each other in
  26. our living arrangements.  We try to keep the eating on a healthy basis, and
  27. require that our roommates be open minded and tolerant and considerate of 
  28. the others in the house.  No other restrictions apply:  you're free to do and
  29. be what you want!

  31. The rooms are both $305 per month, and there is a deposit of $500 (this will
  32. go to the people currently moving out--they bought a house in BC!).
