  12. We are two graduate students (history, medicine) looking for a third person
  13. to share a three bedroom, one bathroom house in the Barron Park neighborhood
  14. of Palo Alto.  The house includes hard wood floors, a delightful kitchen, 
  15. piano in the living room, fire place, storage space, washer, and dryer.  We are
  16. located near to the bike path leading to the university and are less than 1.5
  17. miles from the edge of campus.  Rent for the available room is $370 for a six
  18. month lease with an option to renew at the end of that time period.  No
