  13.     Here's the dilemma: one can never seem to find a decent
  14. place near the university unless he knows somebody moving out. I don't,
  15. so maybe somebody out there can advise me. I'm looking to move in August 93,
  16. hopefully into a nice 2 bedroom house/apt with a year lease. Somewhere
  17. around Rockridge or North Berkeley is ideal. Anything out there?
