- I don't know about anyone else, but I know that 10Mb/month is NOT a "generous
- transfer allocation" in the Internet scheme of things. I run about 900Mb of
- stuff between my machine and Internet every month. (This doesn't include
- general packets, such as Network Time, etc).

- I also don't much care for someone telling me that they are going to play
- "bean counter" on my packets and make sure I don't exceed what they say I can
- have. The method I prefer is that: if it isn't a problem, don't break it.
