- Unfortunately it appears that you have been sucked in by the Unions
- who would love everyone to believe that Kennet gave himself and his ministers
- a pay rise. The facts of the matter are that about 9 (?) got rises (and Phil
- Gude rejected his) and about 60-90 (?) got pay cuts.
-
- I suggest that you find out the truth before you go shooting your mouth off to
- the papers next time.

- Where do you hear such rubbish? Obviously the Union mis-information campaign
- is doing wonders. The PTC is already running better (trams more frequently and
- on time) under the Liberals. And so what if we lost public transport (even
- though I *do* use it) - the public transport system loses 6 million dollars
- a day! That's $6 million which everyone loses, not just these "rich" people
- you feel so strongly against. You can thank Labour for selling our trains and
- then leasing them back off Japan for this huge daily loss.

- I consider workers in excess when Alan Brown can make do with 2-3
- personal assistants when Spyker had nearly 20!

- Unfortunately, like *ANY* business, when the State is going broke staff
- are cut back. It's as simple as that.

- Well, if it's on a one-way road to chaos I imagine it was on a one-way
- road to oblivion under Labour.

- Where were all you people (and the Unions) when Labour was wrecking the
- State - you seemed perfectly happy to sit along for the ride into hell then!
-
- I hope you being equally vigilent in your objections towards the Keating
- government - remember that the Unemployment figure is bad *nationally* and this
- *was* the recession we *had* to have...
