  16.      The Department is seeking applications from bright  and
  17. motivated  students  who  wish to undertake a Masters or PhD
  18. program in the area of Knowledge Based Systems. Research  in
  19. the  Department is supported by an ARC funded Key Centre for
  20. Knowledge Based Systems. Successful students will  have  the
  21. opportunity  to  work in the modern facilities at CITRI, the
  22. Collaborative Information Technology Research Institute sup-
  23. ported by RMIT and the University of Melbourne.
