- If WD stands for Western Digital, I think WD is absolutely great. I have
- two computers, one with WD and the other with Segate, and WD sure as
- hell beats the Segate...(speed in general - faster avg. seek time,
- higher data transfer rate). A friend of mine has a computer housing a
- Quantum hdd, and he was pleased with it *UNTIL* he tried out the WD.

- I think that WD is definitely in my top 3 list if I wanted to get a hard
- drive...the other two spots would go to Maxtor and Conner.
