  11. I'm interested in finding out if the specifics for applying for a US
  12. Domain name via ARNO has been formalized.  In about a month, access to
  13. my business E-mail address will be made more difficult by my being
  14. offsite.  I'd also like to point personal mail (i.e. mailing list
  15. traffic, etc.) home.

  17. COW Pastures is not a happenin' thing these days (software change, I
  18. believe), so I don't know if I can ask him via E-mail.  Hence, this
  19. article.
