  26. You decide when you submit the I-485. Your files then get collected at
  27. the chosen location. When the letter containing the interview date
  28. arrives, you are supposed to notify them if you cannot make the
  29. proposed interview time. That is probably the last point at which
  30. you should try to change the location.
