  20.     Ahhhhhh, there are such things as DOUBLE AGENTS.  HMSS, heck EVERY
  21.     secret service in the world, at one time or another has had the
  22.     extreme displeasure of discovering that "one of ours" was one of
  23.     _theirs_.  Sometimes at the very top.
