  29. average American is incapable of keeping up.  I LOVE this show.

  32.    Okay, so it's cheesy.  It's still a great nostalgia trip, and some of
  33. the episodes are actually sort of good.  (Okay, so it's just a nostalgia
  34. trip.)

  36. "Alien Nation"          Saturdays at 7pm 
  37.    I say this based on the episodes I watched when the series was originally
  38. shown, and all of those were from the first season.  What I saw, I liked.
  39. Later epsiodes/seasons may not be worth it; I don't know.

  41. "War of the Worlds"    Weeknights at 9pm
  42.    Okay, so most of the episodes are average, and some really stink.  Some
  43. of them are also quite good.  The dialogue is better than any first-season
  44. episode of ST:TNG you care to name, and later seasons took on an interesting
  45. cyberpunk flavor.

  48.    Those are the five I can think of right away.  Granted, the channel offers
  49. a lot of room for improvement--where's Star Trek?  Star Wars?  Alien(s)? and
  50. so on.  However, I attribute these to infancy.  If given time to develop, 
  51. the quality could improve dramatically.  Especially by showing better movies.
  52.    Oh, and you're right--"Mysteries From Beyond the Other Dominion" is
  53. utterly hysterical.  I just have one question:  Is that guy REALLY serious,
  54. or is he sort of a retro-skeptic?  I still haven't figured it out...
