  13.    This is a warning about a possible change in the air time for the friday
  14. night telecasts of MST3K. I recieved the local cable guide a couple days before
  15. the Comedy Central News Letter and decided to check out the movies for MST in
  16. there (our guide has switched from listing MST3K to the actual movies being
  17. "mstied") and was suprised to see the show listed as starting 1/2 hour earlier
  18. on fridays. At first I thought it might be a mistake and so waited to see what
  19. the Comedy Central Newsletter said, and unfortunately the newsletter seems to
  20. contradict itself. If you look at the list of movies MST will be showing, then
  21. the start time of the friday episodes are still 1230 EST (1130 central). But
  22. if you look at the schedule of all the programs Comedy Central is running this
  23. month (set up like most cable/tv guides), the friday episodes are scheduled to
  24. start at 1200 EST (1100 central)!!! I suspect that they have moved up the
  25. start time especially since "Night After Night" no longer appears on the 
  26. schedule and this show used to precede MST3K. To be safe, I'm planning to
  27. set my vcr to bracket both time slots for the friday nights in January (until 
  28. I can figure out what the starting time really is). 
  29.    I recommend that people with the Comedy Central Newsletter and/or cable/tv
  30. guide check them over carefully for January (of course it is possible that 
  31. Comedy Central misinformed my cable company and their newsletter people about
  32. the schedule). There does not seem to be any change for the saturday morning
  33. shows.
