- I leave out-of-season well-wishes on my answering machine. Right now, it
- greets callers with "Happy Easter". Of course, in the middle of the year,
- it'll say "Merry Christmas", and maybe sometime in March-April, I'll record
- "Happy Halloween" or something like that on it. I try to keep the greeting
- and the actual time of the year about six months apart, leaving people
- guessing as to whether I haven't changed my answering machine message for
- half a year, or whether I'm half a year early.
