- The Randi lawsuit affair may well be winding down - should we start a
- "Wolff defense fund"? Of course, I doubt that Dr. Sarfatti will in
- fact sue.

- Dr. Sarfatti: parody is not defamation. By capitalizing oddly-
- selected words in your article, Mr. Wolff was parodying it by
- comparing it to certain infamous net.posters whose opinions are
- somewhat comparable to yours, but who use this odd stylistic
- method. This is not legally actionable, in my completely unprofessional
- opinion as a non-lawyer with lots of lawyer relatives.
