  14. Be advised that I am checking your credit for assets and it is my intention
  15. to bring a lawsuit for malicious slander, libel and defamation of character
  16. against you personally and against your employer Computervision.

  20. whose intent and implication is to portray me as a crackpot by willful
  21. malicious distortion of my actual text which is, I assume, privileged
  22. intellectual property.

  24. You are free to give your opinion, but you are not free under the law to
  25. distort my text with malicious intent as you have clearly done in public.

  27. At the very least you have displayed poor judgement in your Employer's eyes
  28. by using their
  29. id and making hem party to a very interesting lawsuit breaking new ground
  30. in the protection of
  31. intellectual property on usenet.

  33. At the very least I will be happy to hear that you have been fired by
  34. Computervision.  If they fire you, I will not name them in the lawsuit. I
  35. will be contacting the CEO of your company shortly. And let this be a
  36. warning to anyother half-cocked computer cowboys out there. In the old west
  37. these matters of honor were settled with six-guns, today it is expensive
  38. lawsuits - and I enjoy litigation!  Like Dirty Harry said: "Make myday!"

  41. For the record - as of this date Dec 25, 1992, I would not award myself the
  42. Nobel Prize in physics, nor do I think I deserve one, nor have I ever
  43. implied as much. The reason I do not deserve a Nobel Prize is that my
  44. prediction that quantum connection communication is possible, in
  45. particular, that the polarization of one photon in a photon pair can be
  46. controlled at a distance according to the specific formular sin2@cos7& (@&
  47. defined elsewhere) from the timelike future as well outside the lightcone,
  48. has not been confirmed by experiment.

  50. If, one day,my specific prediction with my specific device is confirmed
  51. then no doubt many would think I should get the Nobel Prize - but that is,
  52. at this time, purely hypothetical fantasy,  for you Mr Wolf to distort my
  53. text so as to make it appear otherwise is a rape of my mind!
