  11.     I recently bought the CD single for Megadeth's "Skin O' My Teeth",
  12. and inside is this weird piece of paper that has a hole in the middle and
  13. is the same size as a CD.  There are also a couple of small round pictures,
  14. one of a Marshall amp and one of a baseball cap.  The outside cover states
  15. that this is the spin disc, "an integral part of the Megadeth game".  Does
  16. anyone know what this is all about?  I haven't seen any references to this
  17. anywhere else.  Help!
