  16. Last I knew, Vai was forming a band called Light Without Heat, and they
  17. were going to do the studio/album/tour thing. I saw this in the front
  18. section of a guitar mag about 4-5 months ago, and they were hoping for the
  19. album to be done in the Jan. timeframe.

  21. Whitesnake, as far as I know, died back around July '90 (when they
  22. cancelled their show herein Cols, OH) and beyond that, I don't think
  23. anything has Happened. Rumors abounding include jealousy from Coverdale
  24. about the succss of Vai's 'Passion&Warfare' at the time, to the guys
  25. simply taking time off. No news since.
