  16.    This is a joke, right?  Not Justice being a good album--I like it a lot--
  17. but the "brutal bass."  The bass on Justice for All is totally inaudible!
  18. The album's production is woefully uneven--the guitars sound great and the
  19. vocals are good, but the bass is way underpowered (so is the drumming, which
  20. is a real shame).  Of course, the bass lines just double the rhythm guitar
  21. (by Newsted's own admission), so even if you really cranked them up it
  22. wouldn't sound that different.  I *would* like to hear the drums turned up,
  23. though.
