- How bout Tom Araya of Slayer? (heehee - just kidding)
- I gotta say though that Bela Fleck & the Flecktones, although they are no
- where near metal, played at my school recently and I'll have to say that
- Victor Wooten is the best bassist probably of all time. O.K. now on to metal
- bassists....
- First of all, I don't think that Newstead is anything really special.
- And I'd say you can't leave out Steve Harris of Maiden, the dude
- from Suicidal Tendencies, Dave Ellefson of Megadeth. Others that
- I think are pretty damn good are Frank Bello of Anthrax, the dude
- from Wrathchild America, the dude from the Electric Love Hogs (sorta
- funky metal, but good shit - check it out if you haven't).
- That's all from me - off to study for my FIZIX final... Have a good one.
