  33. As a response to this and to John McCarthy's response I would say that
  34. neither I nor any other individual can determine exactly where
  35. the boundary between permitted and not permitted is.  John McCarthy
  36. says human rights include property rights and I agree.  Human rights
  37. also include the right to prevent being harmed by others.  The exact
  38. boundary will be determined by law with input from science and ethics.
  39. As scientific knowledge advances and ethics evolve, the limits will
  40. evolve.  Such laws are never adsolutly stricly defined.  Thats one
  41. reason why we have judges and juries.  The point is that ownership
  42. of land is not a free ticket to do things that harm people or the
  43. environment.
