  16.    Bush is covering his own butt by pardoning these 
  17. people.  He's also protecting Reagan from prosecution
  18. with this little manuever.  He was the VP, and the
  19. former HEAD OF THE CIA:  HE HAD TO KNOW WHAT WAS GOING
  20. ON!  Don't be so blinded by party loyalty that you 
  21. can't see what is really happening.
