  25. They are being pardoned from "prosecution".  They are being pardoned from
  26. spending the next 5 years of their life defending themselves.

  29. exist and you wouldn't like to be placed in a position where you found
  30. yourself spending the next few years trying to convince a lunatic with
  31. and endless budget that you didn't commit a crime.
