  33. Perkins (perhaps Carl).  The song incorporates a "traditional" (i.e.,
  34. uncredited) song sometimes called "The Family Circle".  The title of
  35. the song Johnny Cash sings is "Daddy Sang Bass", not "In them old,
  36. cotton fields back home".  My source?  "The Essential Johhny Cash".
