- INterface would be the more aggressive, more rock oriented one, though
- I'm very fond of Allez-Teia, which, despite it's aggressive cover is
- probably the gentlest and most Fripp and Eno inspired of all Heldon's
- works. In a sense I think Allez-Teia is Heldon's most accessible, and
- Interface on the other hand gets into some darker, atonal and
- dissonant areas. My impression from the titles is that Interface
- is about an encounter with green alien beings that eventually leads to
- sex (interfacing), which places this is a pretty unusual concept lp
- if my interpretation is correct. But as a intro to some of Pinhas'
- best works I'd still reccommend L'Ethique and Heldon's Standby as
- top notch harder Pinhas and Allez-Teia as a perspective of the
- lighter more ambient side. Standy has yet to be issued on cd in
- the US yet.

- No idea about the live fades that Larry mentions, but my hunch is
- the tape stops or they're hiding something. I haven't got this
- on cd yet - Larry, what's the date of the concert the live stuff came
- from? I may have the original concert on tape.

- BTW, I'll probably be net-dead for the next week until 1/4 or so
- due to internal re-workings, so any replies or mail to may bounce...
- plus I probably won't see news, unless I find a temp account somewhere.
