  17. insert (i.e.: Like the gatefold sleeve on the vinyl release) and were 
  18. included as a special insert.)

  29. think there is a boot out, as when the guys at NFTE were thinking of putting 
  30. out a rarities tape, the aforementioned tracks were listed as probable 
  31. additions to the tape.
