  17. Plain old 1st class mail probably wouldn't do much for  you, but  from what 
  18. I've heard certified mail  can hold  some weight  in court.   Still, you're 
  19. right about how cheap it is to get a copyright proper; I  think it  runs in 
  20. the ball park of $20 or so...  Might as well fork out the extra pennies and 
  21. do it right...<G>  (Especially seeing as how certified mail ain't cheap.)
