  18. He's filked too many tunes in the last few months
  19. And gotten away with a score
  20. But this time, he's pushed things a lot too far --
  21. If we don't stop him now, he'll write more!
  22. So I've found me a recipe, one that fits,
  23. That roasts "long pig" to a "T".
  24. Some veggies, some bread stuffing under the pits --
  25. Where most filk ideas come from, you see!

  27.       So give me a tune; this one will do.
  28.       Give me a roaster enameled in blue.
  29.       It will go in the oven, 400 degrees
  30.       I'm not Alferd Packer, but think what you please.

  32.       Hand me the book by Julia ... Child;
  33.       It may smell like roast, but for Tom Smith, it's mild.
  34.       In the fridge, find the fungus -- you'll like this a lot --
  35.       For Tom Smith is best served hot, Tom Smith is best served hot.

  37. We slice all the veggies into the pot,
  38. Place halved potatoes therein,
  39. Set the timer for, oh, seven hours or so,
  40. And observe Julia's widening grin!
  41. Oh, how many filks could a woodfilker filk
  42. Before his abode would get bombed?
  43. If Kanefsky could sing, play guitar, put on weight,
  44. Move to Michigan, he would be Tom!
