  33. 1. You're not the only USENET reader from Holland (maybe of 
  34.   alt.music.alternative, but I'd be surprised ...), and
  35.  
  36. 2. Other USENET groups for music existed long before this one.
  37.   That's what I was referring to ... and from talking to people
  38.   from Europe here at Columbia, it lends credence to what those
  39.   folks posted in the past.

  41. REM, Siouxsie, etc. can play some pretty big halls in North
