- 2/3 the length of a regular guitar, which is smaller than it sounds. Takes
- a little getting used to due to the short scale and the extra fat strings
- that are required to make the short sacle tune up properly. Once you get
- used to it, the Chiquita plays really well, and sounds great. Don't
- expect to play very far below the 12th fret, as those fret wires converge
- rapidly down there.
- My Chiquita was built really well. The tuning keys seem to have been
- slapped on haphazardly, and are at slightly different angles to each other,
- but every other detail is top notch. It's so perfect that I'm afraid to
- use the guitar for it's intended purpose, motorcycle road trips. The
- original plan was to bungee the little beast in it's case on the back of
- my motorcycle, but I'm afraid to hurt it. It stays at home.
- This beast is pretty expensive. I think mine cost about $350 or so, but
- every since I heard of this guitar I've wanted on, so I went for it.
- No regrets!
