- The "Chiquita" travel-sized electric guitar (very short scale) which was
- co-developed by Billy Gibbons (of ZZ Top) and Mark Erlewine (from Erlewine
- guitars in Austin Texas, also brother of famous Dan Erlewine) might be just
- what you're looking for. I think these were mass produced under license by
- Hondo (or Arbor or some other minor league import brand). If any of your
- local guitar shops have never heard of this guitar, you might try calling
- directory assistance for Erlewine Guitars in Austin TX (Area code is 512, his
- shop is on Guadelupe St, or was the last time I was in Austin) or you might
- try contacting his brother Dan Erlewine (who I think lives somewhere in
- Michigan) thru Guitar Player magazine (he writes articles for them from time to
- time).
