- Congrats on getting a Lynx! One thing that may be the problem is that you
- (or your wife) is not turning it off properly (seriously, read on :)

- The Lynx has two buttons that perform an "off" function. The bottom left
- button turns the backlight off (to save on batteries when paused) but it
- doesn't turn the whole unit off, just the backlight (so it appears as if
- the Lynx is off but you can tell it's not because the power light is still
- on and any game sounds are still heard).

- Make sure you press the "Power Off" button (middle left I think) to turn the
- Lynx off.
