- Sorry if this is in a FAQ, but I wonder if someone could give me some
- information on how to get a Lynx repaired. I am in the DC area. I have
- tried the cust service number repeatedly (408-745-2098) but it is always
- busy. I would like to get it fixed before Christmas (so my kid can play
- the games he gets), but I realize it might be hard. Also, can anybody give
- me pointers on getting the back cover off? I have tried a little, but I
- did not want to force it for fear of breaking something permanently. The
- problem with the unit is that the B button is stuck in the 'on' position.
- The buttons themselves are not stuck, but the mechanism is always on.
- Anybody ever seen this?
-
- Thanks in Advance
