  10. Sorry if this is in a FAQ, but I wonder if someone could give me some
  11. information on how to get a Lynx repaired.  I am in the DC area.  I have
  12. tried the cust service number repeatedly (408-745-2098) but it is always
  13. busy.  I would like to get it fixed before Christmas (so my kid can play
  14. the games he gets), but I realize it might be hard.  Also, can anybody give
  15. me pointers on getting the back cover off?  I have tried a little, but I
  16. did not want to force it for fear of breaking something permanently.  The
  17. problem with the unit is that the B button is stuck in the 'on' position.
  18. The buttons themselves are not stuck, but the mechanism is always on.
  19. Anybody ever seen this?
