- Yeah, not too unusual. Many people are taught how to do this, including
- how to do the lifting, only using the legs. However, try that with 400
- pounds. I doubt if you will be able to come close. I can carry a 200 lb
- load, on my back, quite a ways. I cannot even lift a 300 lb load for more
- than a few seconds.
