  11. I just read in our local paper that President-elect Clinton's first
  12. executive order was that there should be "fresh flowers" on his desk
  13. every morning.  Can anyone confirm this?  I'd also like to know to whom
  14. he gave this order (is this part of the "smooth transition" the Bush
  15. administration keeps talking about?).
