  17. There are several CDs in my collection that do this on certain tracks.  I
  18. think it's related to song length and how the tracks are arranged on the disc.
  19. The "countdown" should have a minus sign in front of it, indicating that you're
  20. n seconds *before* the beginning of the next track.

  22. The phenomenon is not unique to the Boston CD (which I have).
