- In reference to the 'stolen bag of trash" UL, this actually happened--
-
- During the late 70's my family and I lived in San Bernardino, Ca., and
- one morning (trash pickup day), we awoke to find one of our trash cans
- missing. We found it later on, down the street, still full of trash.
-
- I was only 9 at the time but I thought that was one of the funniest things
- I've ever seen--someone stealing a trash can full of garbage.
-
- Now I'm wondering--was the perpetrator acting on his or her own, or were they
- inspired by the 'stolen trash' UL??
