- Funny, I attended a lecture about 3 years ago on just
- this subject matter. The lecturer (C. Penley) showed
- us a video someone had made consisting of clips of
- Kirk & Spock staring longingly at each other, "romantic"
- music (aka MOR) playing in the background. It was
- pretty amusing. Apparently this ("Slash") literature
- is quite common. I think i still have a few of
- the handouts from the lecture -- descriptions
- of various Spock & Kirk stories, as well as drawings
- of Kirk & Spock lazing around naked...
